User information

Data Collection

Why does the publisher collect User Data?

The Data collected within the framework of the use of the Site is subject to processing for the following purposes:

Recipients of Collected Data

The database created when the user fills in a form is strictly confidential. Data transferred to third parties :

The publisher's staff, the departments in charge of control (notably the auditor) and the publisher's subcontractors (technical service providers) will have accessto the data collected within the framework of the use of the Site. The Data may be transferred to third party recipients (commercial partners), if the user expressly agrees to this in accordance with the terms of consent proposed at the time of collection, (for example by ticking a box). In such a case, the third party recipient (business partner) is responsible for processing the Data transferred to it.

The rights of the User

In accordance with the Data Protection Regulations, the user has the right to access, rectify, delete, limit, or portability of the data concerning him/her. The user may oppose the processing of his/her data, for legitimate reasons or without reason when the purpose of the processing is for canvassing purposes. Where the processing of his data is carried out on the basis of his consent, the user may withdraw his consent at any time. Where the processing is based on the legitimate interest of the publisher, the user may object to the processing at any time on grounds relating to his particular situation. Finally, the user has the possibility to define guidelines regarding the fate of his Data after his death. The personal data that will be communicated within the framework of the exercise of the user's right of access will be personal and confidential. In this respect, in order for the user's request for access to be considered, the user must send the necessary elements for identification, namely, a written statement on honour certifying that he/she is the holder of the said personal data and a photocopy of his/her identity document with signature. Retention period and archiving of data

Les données des utilisateurs ne seront pas conservées au-delà de la durée strictement nécessaire aux finalités poursuivies telles qu’énoncées au présentes et ce conformément à la Réglementation Informatique et Libertés et aux lois applicables. À cet égard, les données utilisées à des fins de prospection peuvent être conservées pendant une durée maximale de 3 ans à compter du dernier contact que l’utilisateur a eu avec l’éditeur. Les données de l’utilisateur sont effacées lorsque les durées de conservations expirent. Néanmoins, les données pourront être archivées au-delà des durées prévues pour les besoins de la recherche, la constatation, et de la poursuite des infractions pénales dans le seul but de permettre, en tant que besoins, la mise à disposition de ces Données à l’autorité judiciaire.
